Apex primarily operates as a behind-the-scenes operational support partner.

Unless specifically agreed upon in writing, Apex does not communicate directly with the client's customers, leads, employees, vendors, or other external parties on behalf of the client.

External business relationships and customer-facing decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

6. Data Storage and Processing

Information may be stored and processed through third-party platforms used to support business operations, including but not limited to:

  • Google Workspace tools

  • Project management platforms

  • Document management systems

  • Workflow and automation tools

  • Business communication platforms

These tools are used only for providing contracted services.

7. Data Security

Apex uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect client information, including:

  • Limiting access to authorized individuals

  • Maintaining secure account practices

  • Using trusted business software providers

  • Protecting confidential business information

However, no electronic system can guarantee complete security, and Apex cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
